# RealActivity

> RealActivity builds governed, inspectable AI for healthcare on both sides of care: a CMS-accepted record of how physician time is actually spent (the provider side), and governed patient agents (the patient side). The patient-side foundation, Tula, is open source; Aria is the commercial platform health systems run at scale.
