What this site knows about you, in plain language.
Short version: the tools on this site work in your browser and send nothing. The one form on this site sends only what you type into it, only when you choose to send it. Nothing on this site should ever contain patient information.
The prompt builder runs entirely in your browser
When you enter a vendor name and generate a Reverse Canvas prompt, that happens locally on your device. The vendor name, any optional context you add, the generated prompt, and anything you copy or download are never uploaded, never stored by us, and never added to analytics. If you close the page, they are gone. This is deliberate: which vendors you are evaluating is your business.
What the community form collects
If you use the "Share a question" form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, organization, role, what brought you here, and your message, plus the page address and basic campaign parameters if you followed a tagged link. We use it to have a real person read your question and reply if you said that was welcome. Submissions are stored in RealActivity's existing systems under the same handling rules as our other inbound contact, and are not sold or shared for advertising.
Please do not put vendor names, generated prompts, canvas content, PHI, credentials, confidential pricing, contract text, or security details in the form. Messages that appear to contain such material may be rejected or redacted.
What this site never collects
- No PHI, anywhere, ever. This site has no legitimate use for patient information.
- No account, no login, no email gate on any resource.
- No advertising trackers, no marketing pixels, no third-party analytics scripts.
- No record of which vendors you research with the prompt builder.
Analytics and hosting
This site is served by RealActivity's website infrastructure on Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web server, the hosting platform records ordinary technical request logs (such as IP address, page requested, and time) for security and operations. We review analytics only in aggregate, to understand which resources are useful. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the ordinary technical request needed to serve the font files.
