RealActivity, LLC ("RealActivity," "we") respects your privacy. This statement explains what we collect when you book a meeting with us and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book time with us, we collect the details you provide: your name, organization, work email address, phone number if you share it, and any notes about what you'd like to discuss. We also keep the date and time of your booking.
How we use it
We use this information only to schedule and hold our conversation, send confirmations and reminders, prepare for the meeting, and follow up with you afterward.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your information. Our booking pages and meetings run on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Teams), which processes this information on our behalf. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details only as long as needed for our business relationship with you, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us. You can reschedule or cancel a booking using the link in your confirmation email.
Health information
Our booking pages aren't designed to collect patient or health information. Please don't include any when you book.
Changes
We may update this statement from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
